      • Order cancellation

        All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.


        Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one but the request can be fulfilled if the reasons are as listed:

        If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 5-15 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you receive the wrong item, you can request a refund or a reshipment.

        You cannot ask for a refund if:

        • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home for delivery, not picking up the packages as requested)
        • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Our Store (i.e. not cleared by your country customs, delayed by a natural disaster, showed “delivered” in the tracking system, shipped in your mailbox but was lost)

        *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

        If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


        We do not offer exchanges/returns for size problems unless it is our fault of sending the wrong sized items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

        Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

      To return an item:

      1. Simply email stating your order number, model name, date of purchase and reason for return/exchange. Our customer service team will provide assistance and issue you.

      2. Attach our address label on the outside of the shipping carton.

      3. Send your item with proof of purchase to our sales office as stated on the address label. (Failure to include the Returns Number (RN#) will result in the package being refused and returned to you.)

      4. Once we receive your item we will process it and advise you if there are any problems or further charges, you should allow up to 28 days for this service. We can only refund using your original payment method.
